Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of architectural and consultancy services, all payments made for consultations, design work, or sustainability analysis are non-refundable once the service or design process has commenced.

Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns or desired changes early in the process. In cases of cancellation before project initiation, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Dorje Design Lab based on the scope and time committed.
